Easy and tasty this was an easy and pretty satisfying thai chicken recipe. It was there on my 'to try' list recipes, but most of the recipes i came across use ingredients which aren't very familiar to me, so it remained in the list for long. Of course, chicken skewers can be delicious when done right, with this chicken satay being a prime example. Thread chicken strips onto serve with peanut satay sauce for dipping.
