These chocolate chip cookies will look a little doughy when you remove them from the oven, and thats good. After chilling the dough, it is a lot less sticky. I used margarine instead of butter but otherwise stuck to the recipe.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
They aren't so great without any sugar) i wouldn't recommend leaving it out or substituting it with something else (unfortunately honey didn't work great in this recipe). An easy chocolate chip cookies without butter recipe! What's your favorite way to riff on this classic recipe? I do not like chocolate chip cookies fresh out of the oven.
