I saw a recipe for crockpot loaded baked potato soup on youtube and had to try it, after all, i love all potato recipes and i also love my crockpot so it was an obvious combine hash browns, cheddar cheese, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, crumbled bacon, and cream cheese in the slow cooker. It's thick, rich and creamy. I've found that so many crockpot recipes still require a lot of other cooking and prep that by the time i get everything into the crockpot and wait forever, i could have just had my meal ready with the same amount of effort. In a large crock pot add potatoes, white onion, milk, cheddar cheese soup and 1 stick of butter (sliced), mix well and cover.
