Use fresh or frozen pasta in a little oil and serve these crispy, toasted ravioli rounds with marinara or pesto dipping sauce!
Garnish with the fried sage leaves and sprinkle over a little cheese. Cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring once or twice, until golden brown. These are absolutely perfect for game day, parties, or even the family dinner table. This recipe calls for ricotta, provolone and parmesan, in addition to ravioli with peas and brown butter sauce.
