You cannot expect authenticity in this recipe but taste wise it is really good.
It turned out great and the mushrooms really this is a nicely flavoured quick and easy recipe to make. Easier than a box meal, this creamy tomato and spinach pasta is also more flavorful and delicious. You do need some patience with browning the tomatoes but it's worth it. These meals will make your weeknights way simpler.
