This chicken satay recipe is easy to follow and prepare. If using sesame seeds, grind them into a fine meal using a spice/coffee grinder or a mortar and pestle, being careful not to over grind them into sesame butter. If you're not a strict vegetarian, you can use the satay peanut sauce from trader joe's (pictured above). Chicken satay is a delicious alternative to your standard saucy thai curries, with chicken marinated in a positively potent mixture of red curry.
